7th Street Marina
Project is under development - The Economic Development Authority is working to revitalize the 7th Street Marina. Plans include waterfront shopping, condominiums and restaurants coordinating with the historic district.
Chelsea Plantation

Christmas on the Town

Crab Carnival
The annual West Point Crab Carnival is usually held the first weekend in October, is famous throughout Virginia.
Dragon Run, The
The unique character of the Dragon wilderness and its awesome natural beauty exist primarily because it is remote. Several highway bridges cross its 35 mile run to the Piankatank River. Glass Island Landing
Located on Boat Landing Road near the Mattaponi River bridge. The landing is owned and managed by the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries and provides fishing access, boat ramp, picnicking facilities and parking.

Mattaponi and Pamunkey Rivers Trail

Pamunkey Indian Museum
The history of the Pamunkey Tribe has been recorded by archaeologist, anthropologist and historians and dates back ten to twelve thousand years. The actual legal status by the white man's criteria does not come into being until the 1646 and 1677 treaties with the King of England. The two major treaties with the Pamunkey established articles of peace and a land base for the Tribe, later referred to as a reservation. This reservation exists today. Riverwalk Trail

Skydive Adventures

York River State Park
Eleven miles west of Williamsburg, York River State Park offers visitors an opportunity to experience the environment of a coastal estuary. LOCATION: From I-64, take the Croaker Exit 231B. Go north on Route 607 (Croaker Rd.) for one mile, then right on Route 606 (Riverview Rd.) about one and a half miles to the park entrance. Take a left turn into the park.
